Please note: Pilates sessions last from 50 to 55 minutes. Twenty-four (24) hours notice is required for all cancellations. Late cancellations will be charged as one session. If you call and other arrangements are made, they are on a case by case basis at the discretion of Nick Haslam.
Blueprint Pilates offers 2 methods of payment. Sessions can either be purchased one at a time or can be purchased in a package on The Palace App for a reduced rate. This package is a commitment on the parts of both parties. The purchaser is committing financially and Blueprint Pilates is committing availability. Therefore, Blueprint Pilates does not offer refunds on 4 or 10 session packages. Further, in the event that your account becomes inactive, please be aware that 4 and 10 session packages expire within 6 months of the date of purchase.
I understand that I have enrolled in a program of strenuous physical activity including but not limited to body-conditioning machinery used during my Pilates studio workouts. I hereby absolve Palace Studios, Blueprint Pilates and Nick Haslam from any responsibility for injuries I might sustain while practicing the Pilates method of body conditioning.
I hereby release for myself, my heirs and assigns, Palace Studios, Blueprint Pilates, Nick Haslam from any claims, demands and causes of action arising from my participation in an exercise program.
